Do you be familiar with that SpongeBob Square Pants came out over 20 years ago? The only thing that astonished me more than realizing how old I am is the fact that this yellow guy still exists.
Despite mortal almost old enough to drink, the SpongeBob permit is still as strong as ever.
Due to his huge appeal, SpongeBob has bound into other platforms, such as movies and even video games, including the one we’ll talk about today.
SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit is the most current Nickelodeon game on Apple Arcade. Plankton is demanding to steal the Crabby Patty’s secret formula, again.
But now, in its place of just trying to steal the formula, he also kidnaps SpongeBob’s friends. Your job is to hunt down Plankton, save your friends, and the secret formula.
Patty Pursuit also uses the similar formula that made many platforming games victorious, though that’s not of necessity a bad thing.

In its place of worlds, you’ll travel to six dissimilar parts of Bikini Bottom, and each new place you stay has quite a few levels you need to complete. in addition, there are several coins and spatulas on every level you require to collect.
You’ll employ the spatulas to undo the next levels in an area. The coins and spatulas are astonishingly demanding to get.
The majority of the time you’ll have to keep an eye on each level to find covert exits that guide the coins.
Also, present are some levels where you’ll need one more character to break into a new area, so you’ll have to go back if you want to get every item.
I take pleasure in that Patty Pursuit ended you go back and play again at some levels to total it.
It demonstrates that, even although this is a game for a younger audience, it also has few challenges for older gamers and completionists.
That being said, some levels need you to replay them 2 or 3 times depending on how many concealed areas they have, so it does get a bit recurring over time.
At the end of every area, you’ll have to fight a boss. These bosses are appealing straightforward, and one time you know what you have to do, it’ll be a piece of cake to win.
Each level is also filled with Plankton’s cousins, who come in dissimilar forms and sizes, but they’re more often than not a small hurdle that’s easy to take care of.
There are also extra levels that you unlock once you beat the boss of an area.
These levels require more spatulas to be unlocked but you’ll also get extra spatulas and coins in them.
They’re fabricated to be a bit harder than the levels in that area, but they’re typically easy.
The only thing that creates or breaks a platforming game is its gearshift and I’m pleased to say Patty Pursuit does a great job in this department.
SpongeBob can jump, dash, kick, and ground pound. Plus, you’ll have poseurs that’ll help you make growth through a level.
You can also look at the trendy updates, statistics, and evaluations of video games in element on GamingMagnitude.
The controls in Patty Pursuit are receptive, and you shouldn’t have a problem, no matter how you’re playing.
The only downside is that SpongeBob is tremendously overpowered in these games, so usual enemies or bosses don’t feel that intimidating.

You’ll typically manage SpongeBob, but one time you start to save your friends, you’ll have a partner throughout your levels.
You’ll require selecting different partners depending on the level you’re on.
Each character has a particular ability. For instance, Patrick can ground pound hard, Gary can climb walls, and Mr. Krebs can open vaults. You’ll have to use each character if you want to release secret areas.
Visually, Patty Pursuit is cool-looking. At first, the game start like you is on some type of interactive episode.
Plus, all the characters and environments will provide you a dose of homesickness if you haven’t seen SpongeBob in quite a while.
You won’t only see the main characters; you’ll also see some iconic fish from the series all through the levels. They don’t do no matter which special, but it’s nice to see them doing well.
Speaking of main characters, the cast from the show was also anxious in this game, so you’ll listen to the unique character voices.
An as back, I got the chance to review one more Nickelodeon game about Loud House.
At that instant, I said the game wasn’t amazing you want from an Apple Arcade game, and while that was true, I think SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit is a nice improvement. Though, there’s still a long way to go.

SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit is an enjoyable casual game for people who love the show, or just enjoy some platforming games.
Although it’s on the east side, Patty Pursuit offers a bunch of fun levels with secrets scattered all through the level, which makes you want to play it again and again.
